Centerton Planning Commission Proposed Revision to Centerton Planning Area.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the City of Centerton Planning Commission on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 6:00 PM at the Centerton City Hall, 290 Main Street, to hear public comment on the proposed revision to the Centerton Planning Area. I wanted to take a minute to share with you a insert in your current Centerton Utilities bill which you will receive soon. One thing I wanted to make sure everyone seen is the utilities department had completed a rate study and as a result of this study the department had to adjust the base rate for both water and sewer.
Please take a few minutes to read this and understand the reasoning, no one likes a rate adjustment but this was necessary as you will read.
There will be a public hearing at the beginning of the a Centerton City Council meeting on Tuesday January 12 at 6 pm, which representatives of the commission will make a presentation so everyone understands the need, and also questions can be answered.
If unable to make this meeting I have asked someone to attend my Coffee with the Mayor on January 16 at 9 am to also address any questions. Please take a minute to review this and also if you have any questions please feel free to contact the utilities department at 479-795-0222.
Thanks Mayor Bill
